The Tang Mega 138K Pro Dock development board kit utilizes the GW5AST FPGA as the main controller chip, which features 138240 LUTs and REGs, as well as 12 PLLs and integrated 800MHz RISC-V hardcore processor. It also has BTB connectors to connect with the backplane, making it suitable for a variety of functional requirements.

The single board computer is equipped with Gigabit Ethernet, SFP+ and PCle interfaces, making it ideal for learning and verifying high-speed FPGA communication. Additionally, it includes multiple camera and display interfaces for easy image acquisition and display.

With rich peripheral interfaces and compatibility with PCle 3.0 external lead x4 interface, the core board provides a single transmission rate of up to 8GT/s. Through the PCle x4 interface, it can achieve high-speed data transfer rates of up to 32GT/s. The core board measures 50mm x 70mm.

The Tang Mega 138K Pro Dock development board can be connected to standard SFP/SFP+ fiber optic transceivers, with each way supporting transmission rates of up to 10Gbps. This allows FPGAs to use high-speed fiber optic communication for stable and reliable performance, making it suitable for high-speed communications, protocol conversion, and high-performance computing.

We also provide a core board package, allowing customers to customize the design of the base board. This not only facilitates learning and customizing core board features but also enables industrial customers to embed existing programs for a more diverse learning experience, as well as convenient development and integration.
