The Sipeed Tang Nano 20K Linux Signle Board Computer is equipped with a GW2AR-18 QN88 FPGA Chip, which includes 20736 LUT4 logic units and 15552 Flip-Flops. The chip also features 41472 bits of Shadow SRAM (S-SRAM) and 828K bits of Block SRAM (B-SRAM). Additionally, it contains 48 18x18 Multipliers and an onboard debugger known as BL616.

The clock generator, MS5351, provides three extra clocks for the FPGA, and the computer is also equipped with a 40-pin RGB LCD connector/HDMI interface, 6 regular LEDs, 1 low voltage level enable LED, 1 WS2812 RGB LED, 2 user keys, and 1 TF card slot. Furthermore, it includes a PCM amplifier (MAX98357A) for audio driving, as well as 64Mbits Flash storage to save bitstream. The size of the Sipeed Tang Nano 20K is 22.55mm x 54.04mm x 5mm.
