Sipeed Tang Nano 9K FPGA Development Board

Product Description TANG NANO 9K is an entry-level FPGA kit for RISC-V, featuring a RISC-V soft core, PicoRV, which is available for experimentation. The kit offers a variety of characteristics, including a logical unit (LUT4) of 8640, 6480 flip-flops (FF), 17280 bits of shadow SRAM (SSRAM), and 468K block SRAM (BSRAM). It comes with 26 BSRAM quantity, 608K bits of UserFlash, and 64M bits of PSRAM.

In addition to its high-performance DSP support for 9x9, 18x18, and 36x36-bit multipliers and a 54-bit accumulator, the TANG NANO 9K features a 20-bit 18x18 multiplier, 32M-bit SPI Flash, and 2 PLLS. The display interface includes a screen connector, RGB interface connector, and SPI interface connector.

The TANG NANO 9K also supports various driving capabilities, such as 4mA, 8mA, 16mA, and 24mA. It offers independent bus keeper, pull-up/pull-down resistor, and open drain output options for each I/O. For debugging purposes, it includes an onboard BL702, providing USB-JTAG and USB-UART for the GW1NR-9. The connector consists of a TF card slot and a 2x24P 2.54mm IO pad.

The TANG NANO 9K is compatible with breadboard dimensions and supports the Gowin IDE development environment, enabling quick realization of IP core generation, code synthesis, layout and wiring, and bitstream file generation in the FPGA development process.

For software and documentation, the TANG NANO 9K provides reference codes for LED drive, RGB LCD display, GameBOY HDMI, and PicoRV. Additionally, it has a wiki page for hardware information.
